At the end of the trial “On the transitional re-evaluation of judges and prosecutors in the Republic of Albania,” the panel unanimously decided to uphold the 2019 decision on the subject of re-evaluation Simon Pashuku.

The trial panel of the Special Appellate College, composed of Rezarta Schuetz presiding, Ina Rama rapporteur, Albana Shtylla, Mimoza Tasi, Sokol Çomo members, handed down the decision on the case related to the appeal of the subject of re-evaluation, Simon Pashuku against the decision of the Independent Qualification Commission. At the end of the trial “On the transitional re-evaluation of judges and prosecutors in the Republic of Albania,” the trial panel unanimously decided to uphold the decision of the Independent Qualification Commission on the subject of re-evaluation Simon Pashuku, ” the decision states.
This decision is final and has immediate effect.
