TIRANA, April 19 /ATA/ – By Maela Marini/ Prime Minister Edi Rama urged on Tuesday that parliamentary committees should move ahead with the legal acts pertaining to the initiatives of the National Consultation in order for them to be enforced within this parliamentary session.

“As we have promised, the National Consultation and all its results will be priorities for the government in order to rapidly and qualitatively address the clear decision-makings thanks to the contribution of over half a million Albanians to this process. All the respective ministers are engaged and today, shortly after this meeting, we will hold a meeting to see the stage of all necessary initiatives,” said Rama.

Rama said that “once the first drafts are ready, we will hold a round of discussions with the group and in parallel with the relevant committees, because there are some important legal acts that we have to undertake, possibly within this session.”

Rama stressed that “it is very necessary to see the contribution of all deputies to the next National Consultation that is likely to be conducted the end of the year.”
