TIRANA, Nov 19 /ATA/ Deputy Prime Minister Belinda Balluku reacted Saturday on the heels of the opposition decision to protest on December 6, which coincides with the European Union – Western Balkans Summit in Tirana, the first to be held in our region.

“Albania towards Europe, anti-Albanianians in action. Anyone who might have had even a shred of doubt about the actions of the “designated” in all their political activity, already has in front of their eyes the uncontested proof of their anti-European intentions and attitudes,” she said in a post on social media.

According to her, protesting against strategic partners and the Euro-Atlantic orientation of the country is and will go down in history as a unique example of anti-Albanianism.

“It is a story that started out with the theft and alienation of the assets of this country when they were in government, such as the case of 5 HPPs which were very important for the Albanian energy system, which they gave for the value of VAT. We are feeling the consequences of this embezzlement amid the global energy crisis. The Russian money coalition remains the same in their goals and actions to attack Albania and the whole world of western democratic values”, Balluku further stated.
