Addressing the opposition deputies, Spiropali said that “you should answer the essential question, is SPAK a criminal organization. As far as we are concerned, we have set a clear line between the executive and the judiciary.

“We were the ones who implemented the reform that you didn’t dare to do because justice was a slave to the whims of your power. This issue takes another debate for which the Albanians have answered through vote, as they have already noticed your incoherence and the lack of reason. One of you says I trust SPAK, another one says it’s a criminal organization, all these make me believe that you don’t know what you’re talking about.”

Spiropali said that “you have not given us the opportunity for 4 consecutive months to do a humanitarian act that we have done every year. We should definitely do it every year.”
