At the 16th meeting of the EU-Albania Association-Stabilization Parliamentary Committee, Dhuka stated that Albania is involved in a dynamic process and has completed 27 chapters out of 36, within the negotiation process.

“We put together about 600 presentation reports that consist of 15 thousand reporting pages in 9 months. 400 presenters answered the questions addressed by the Commission. In parallel with the Commission, we have prepared the report for the first block, we have worked on opening the opening benchmarks so that we can proceed at the right time and we will be technically ready to fulfill the political will of the Commission and the Member States later this year, for the opening of negotiations for block 1,” she said.
Dhuka emphasized the active contribution to the discussions regarding the new financial and economic support plan for the Western Balkans and the acceleration of the process to be included in a common market.”
According to her, “negotiations have been held with the Commission to create more opportunities for Albanian entrepreneurs.”

“I am ready to cooperate with you regarding the issues that you deem important and we are open to a transformative process to achieve the desired results,” she added.
