The event features screenings in towns across the country, along with performances by well-known Albanian singers.

In Kavajë earlier this month, audiences saw a medley of soundtracks from Albanian films and a tribute to “Honor of the Nation” award-winning actress Margarita Xhepa.

The cinema-on-wheels project, financed by the National Centre of Cinematography, the Spanish Embassy in Albania and the Central State Film Archive, aims to bring film to communities without cinemas. After Devoll, it will travel to Kamza.
