Prime Minister Edi Rama shared Friday on social media some highlights from this presentation that was made on the first day of the extended govt. meeting in Tepelena.

In her remarks, Karçanaj emphasized that the governmental interaction platform in which around 250 million transactions were carried out this year will be re-conceptualized.

“The services will be conceived as microservices, so we don’t have that ‘error’ that doesn’t tell where the problem is with the internet or the service. There is no need for the citizen to know where the problem comes from. The citizen accesses the service and it stays somewhere,” she added.

“We will implement the standards already approved with the World Bank for online services”, she said./m.m/sm/
