Kumbaro, while sharing moments from the meeting on social media, stated that the discussion focused on the vision of developing the tourism industry in a sustainable and high-quality manner, as well as on how to build new bridges of cooperation to make the region’s tourism offer more attractive.

“Kroatia stands out as a leading example in managing tourist flows, and its experience in aligning legislation with European Union directives—which Albania is diligently pursuing during its integration process—is invaluable. We maintain strong and ongoing collaboration with our Croatian partners,” Kumbaro remarked.

Earlier, she also met with her Montenegrin counterpart.
