Minister of Tourism and Environment Mirela Kumbaro shared today in the social media the example of the agritourism “Life on the Farm”, in Nepravishta, Libohova, 20 km away from Gjirokastra.

“The most beautiful balcony of southern Albania that is experiencing a boom of agritourism and tourist farms such as “Life on the Farm”, an extraordinary experience of nature and culinary tourism”, emphasized Kumbaro.

Minister Kumbaro stated that, “Along with introduction of mountain trails, Melan springs and cultural monuments, this agritourism best completes the itinerary of a stay in Nepravishta and in the whole of Libohova”.

The village of Nepravishta has aroused the curiosity of domestic and foreign tourists in recent years. In this village, there are several cultural monuments, such as the Melan Castle, the Aqueduct in the Melan Tekke, the Paleochristian Church of Manastareq, the Melan Tekke which is thought to be an extension of the ancient Illyrian city of Antigonea or built on the traces of a still unknown Illyrian city. /k.s//a.f/p.s./
