The Memorandum of Understanding was signed yesterday between the National Institute of Cultural Heritage (IKTK) of Albania and the Agency for the Management of Monuments and Memorial Complexes (AMMKM) of Kosovo.

Gonxhja assessed that the signing of this memorandum aims to improve and deepen cooperation in the field of restoration and conservation of cultural heritage objects, especially the objects that served during the last war in Kosovo.

Also, according to the Minister, there are objects in which the Agency for the Management of Monuments and Memorial Complexes of Kosovo has an interest to restore and conserve for their historical preservation and promotion.

“IKTK donated to the archive of AMMKM, magazines “Monuments” and “Archaeology”, with the aim of enriching and exchanging in increasing capacities in the field of restorations” added Gonxhja.
