Maqedonci said he had informed his counterparts, the defence ministers of Albania and Montenegro, that Kosova’s Defence Ministry could provide support using the country’s available capabilities.

“If the relevant authorities deem such assistance necessary, Kosova is ready to contribute by making our capabilities available to address the situation caused by the fires,” Maqedonci said.

“In such circumstances, cooperation and solidarity are particularly important. The Defence Ministry, the Kosova Security Force and other institutions of the Republic remain ready to provide support and contribute wherever our capabilities can be of use,” he added.
