Meta states that “it is a great pleasure to convey to you on behalf of the Albanian people and on my personal behalf the most heartfelt and sincere wishes for the successful fulfillment of your mission at the helm of the Republic of France.”

He expresses confidence that “the excellent relations between Albania and France, friendship, cooperation and Euro-Atlantic partnership will grow and strengthen even more, during your new term.”

“Close bilateral and multilateral cooperation is very important today, either in the framework of the UN Security Council or NATO countries, especially in meeting the regional, European and global challenges that lie ahead of both our countries,” Meta says.

Expressing gratitude for the continuous support that France has given to Albania and all the countries of the Western Balkans, throughout the process of EU accession, Meta emphasizes that “I strongly hope that your re-election as President of France will further strengthen the support that this important regional and European geostrategic process be completed successfully and in a timely manner. ”
