In her message Minister Gjonaj said that, “it has been as much a privilege but also a responsibility, to serve in this high position for a full 4-year term, especially in a historical moment when the Justice Reform was being implemented, the one that is oxygenating the present and the common future.”

“Due to this, during these four years we have fought battle after battle to turn this great project into a tangible reality, where a series of results today are real evidence of our efforts to establish the new justice system, an independent, uncorrupted, impartial, accountable and efficient system.

“I tried to do a lot, especially to lay the foundations of the new justice system completing the entire legal framework of justice reform, the establishment of new institutions through the support of human, budgetary and infrastructural resources”, Gjonaj said.

Gjonaj expressed confidence that, “what we will see, will be impressive for all generations, as the foundations laid have been strong enough to withstand any shaking, often caused by desperate arsonists who would like to see justice being turned back.”
