Minister Pirdeni said that the meeting discussed the invigoration plan, which started off with the salary reform and further transformation of the administration going forward.

She emphasized that the government has put the emphasis on meritocracy and modernization, as necessary conditions to attract more and more young women and men who are currently both inside and outside the country and want to make their contribution to European Albania.
