Klevis Qose, the General Director of Prisons, highlights that the agreement focuses on the rehabilitation and reintegration of detainees and prisoners.

The agreement was signed with Brikena Puka, the executive director of the “Vatra” Center.
“The cooperation aims at the rehabilitation and reintegration of detainees and prisoners involved in crimes related to domestic violence, gender-based violence, and sexual abuse,” Qose wrote on social media.
According to Qose, the “Vatra” center will provide regular services at the correctional facilities in Vlorë, Fier, Elbasan, and Lushnjë, and will also be part of the referral network for prisoners after their release. /j.p/sm/
