Manja emphasized that the meeting with Ambassador Gonzato also focused on the steps taken so far and the next ones on the agenda as part of the fight against corruption.”

Manja and Gonzato also met the team chaired by Deputy Minister Adea Pirdeni, who worked on chapter 23 “Judiciary and Fundamental Rights.”

“A pleasant surprise was the meeting with the wonderful team of Adea, all the colleagues of the Ministry of Justice as the leading institution for Chapter 23 “Judiciary and Fundamental Rights” after the analytical review of the alignment of national legislation with the EU acquis (screening) was successfully completed,” said Manja.
