“Customs structures in cooperation with the Border Police services in Kakavija and Frontex services, as part of ramped up controls to prevent and crack down on illegitimacy, based on risk analysis have selected for detailed control a truck driven by citizen DK. The structures of law enforcement agencies found 4 bags which contained smuggled medications at a total value of 2,200 euros,” the Customs Directorate sources say.

After the procedures, the specialists of the economic and financial crime investigation section in RPD of Gjirokastra arrested the citizen D. K, 30 years old, resident in Fier.
