Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development, Frida Krifca, shared on Wednesday the example of this investment, as one of the model meat processing establishments up to the standards, which guarantees maximum food safety in the market and for export.

Mondi Goxha, the entrepreneur of this business, says that the factory supplies the local market with 10 tons of products per day that are processed under the most optimal conditions, offering high quality for consumers.

Goxhaj says that, in 2019, he applied to ARDA for support from IPARD, for the construction of the establishment following all the criteria established by the IPARD II program.

“The support of the IPARD Program has been very important for our company,” he said
Krifca described this as an important investment that will deliver an impact on the entire chain of the livestock sector according to the standards.

The minister estimated that we have already gotten past the stage of slaughtering meat in the streets and fields.

“Today, slaughterhouses are connected to a point like this factory,” she said.
