According to lawyer Logu, there is a strong possibility that, 23 people might have voted 60 times, or about 3 times each.

Referring to the list, Logu emphasized that, the same fingerprint was used to identify two voters in two different districts: one in the municipality of Vlora and the other in the municipality of Ura Vajgurore, Berat.

Logu added that another person voted twice, once in the municipality of Konispol, and the next time in the municipality of Saranda. //a.i/
