While sharing views from the visit to the revamped center, Minister Manja emphasizes that the creativity and work of the convicted minors are a reflection of the possibilities this center offers to them.

“An inspiring story of transformation! Together with the People’s Ombudsman and the Commissioner for Human Rights, we visited some of the renovated premises of the Center for Juveniles in Conflict with the Law in Kavaja. As a Minister and as a parent, I felt relieved and proud of this innovation providing education and integration for minors! Their creativity and works are a mirror image of the possibilities in this center,” Manja said.

“Many thanks to the Director and the staff for their care and dedication to these young people, creating modern conditions for learning, activities, recreation, and talent development, they instill in them a new spirit and positive examples to follow in life,” Manja said.
