Manja said that the two interlocutors shared the same perspective on the important role of the French Inspectorate of Justice and the HJI in Albania, as constitutional guarantors of the accountability of the justice system in both countries.

“The High Justice Inspectorate under the stewardship of Metani, with the tangible results of the work, both in terms of disciplinary investigations and recommendations in the regulatory framework, grew into a reliable institution for the Albanian public”, assessed Manja.

He thanked Straudon for the cooperation and support provided to the High Justice Inspectorate in Albania and assured him that the Ministry of Justice will provide all the necessary support to the HJI according to the law.

“For us, an independent, efficient and fair justice system is the foundation of democracy and the freedom of every citizen,” Manja said.
