This is the second meeting that takes place given that in the first meeting the candidate did not receive the quorum of votes laid down in the law which led to the subcommittee repeating the process.
Bushka presented 4 candidates Arta Mandro, School of Magistrates, Kreshnik Myftari from the University of Tirana, Florian Bjanko “Luigj Gurakuqi” university and Juljana Bylykbashi University of Tirana.

After the candidates were put to the vote, none of them received the required quorum of votes in the subcommittee which carried out the lottery procedure afterwards.
Arta Mandro was chosen by lot as a candidate for member of the High Prosecution Council from the body of law faculty lecturers and the School of Magistrates.
Bushka emphasized that “this candidacy will go to the Assembly in plenary session.”
