The month opens with Gaetano Donizetti’s opera L’Elisir d’Amore, returning to the TKOBAP stage in a completely new production after a 14-year absence.

The opera will be performed over four evenings, featuring leading Albanian and international artists including Enkeleda Kamani, Gëzim Myshketa, Davide Luciano, Nina Muho and Artur Vera.

February’s programme continues with the chamber music concert LUM, featuring vocalist Hersi Matmuja and cellist Jacopo Conoci.

As part of its focus on nurturing young talent, TKOBAP will host a vocal masterclass on Feb. 16–17 led by internationally renowned baritones Gëzim Myshketa and Davide Luciano, offering training and artistic exchange opportunities for emerging performers.

Young musicians will also take centre stage in the symphonic concert Brezi i Lirisë (Generation of Freedom), performed by the Amadeus Youth Orchestra.

On Feb. 19-20, a vocal-symphonic concert titled The Magic of Disney will present well-known soundtracks from animated films in a programme aimed at both children and adults, conducted by maestro Diego Bassi.

Toward the end of the month, L’Elisir d’Amore will return in a version adapted for children and families.

The February calendar concludes with the premiere of the Folk Ensemble’s ethnomusicological production Rrugëtim në Arbëri (Journey through Arbëria), an artistic exploration of Albania’s cultural roots and identity.
