Revenues from local taxes totalled 13.5 billion lek, up from 12.2 billion lek collected in municipal tax revenues during the same period of the previous year.

According to fiscal data from the Ministry of Finance and Economy, local revenues from property taxes are estimated at around 4.4 billion lek, up from 4 billion lek collected in the same period of 2020.

Revenues from small business taxes amounted to 345 million lek, down from 334 million lek collected in 2020.

The government projects to collect a total of 25.4 billion lek in local government revenues in 2021.
