The United Nations Economic Commission for Europe (UNECE) in cooperation with the Ministry of Infrastructure and Energy, DPSHTRR, the Police Directorate, the Road Transport task force, the Transport Institute, as well as with the participation of other stakeholders, organized in Tirana the conference for the presentation of the draft plan of the legal and regulatory basis necessary for the monitoring and implementation of the Smart Tachograph in Albania.

DPSHTRR (General Directorate for Road Transport Services) announced that this activity takes place within the framework of the UNECE project “Sustainable Mobility and Smart Connectivity in Central Asia, the Caucasus Region and the Western Balkans”.
Through this project, UNECE will draw up action plans for Sustainable Mobility and Smart Connectivity, and specifically for Albania the “Action Plan for the implementation of the AETR Agreement and the Smart Tachograph.”
