The Minister of Justice, Etilda Gjonaj said that, “thanks to the changes in the justice reform, we managed to guarantee the right of equal access to justice for all citizens, for all those who do not have sufficient income to hire a lawyer, but at the same time for some special categories such as victims of violence, trafficking, children in conflict with the law, persons with disabilities and other beneficiary categories provided by law.”

The two institutions signed a cooperation agreement to come to the aid of all persons with disabilities and victims of domestic violence in this region. //a.i/
