TIRANA, April  14 /ATA/ – By  I. Vata/ The candidate of the “Together We Win” coalition for the municipality of Tirana, Belind Kelliçi, held a meeting with the residents of Unit No. 11 in Lapraka.

Speaking about the expropriations due to the construction of the New Ring Road, Belind Këlliçi promised that after May 14, the residents will receive full compensation at market value.

Regarding the audit of 50-year residential buildings, Këlliçi said that no building at this age will be demolished. He assured them that after May 14 these buildings will be insulated to save money on heating bills.

He also touched on underinvestment in infrastructure, promising that in this area, after taking office as Tirana mayor, investments will be made in urban requalification and access infrastructure.

“We will upgrade the road infrastructure in Kodër Kamëz and Treshi. The story of young mothers having a hard time wheeling the pushchairs will end for good. We will intervene in the drainage system to address the flooding in the area of ​​”Zogu i Zi” in the area of ​​”Dërrasave,” said Këlliçi.

As to the free public transport project, Kelliçi told the residents of Lapraka that it has been designed by the best local and foreign experts.
