At a press conference from the city of Vlora, the Land Registry director general said that “we have started issuing property deeds for the entire community of this village. We have conducted all the procedures in the field and have met the deadlines for the publication of landowners, addressing all the complaints from the residents to announce today the lists of all residents, who from today can apply to get the property deed in the village Gjolekë. ”

The property map, in this area, he continued, has been published and is transparent to all residents. We have addressed the grievances filed by the residents before and today in this village there are no overlapping properties.

Lame emphasized that in the meantime we have preserved the coastal stretch in the village of Gjolekë, which is one of a kind.

He went on saying that under the new law 2020, all residents with overlapping ownership rights have the opportunity to come to agreement between them to divide the property and in turn today there are no overlapping issues in this village.
