TIRANA, April 25/ATA/ Gramoz Mount with its glacial lakes, a natural monument at an altitude of 2523 meters above the sea level, is one of the most visited attractions in Kolonja.

Prime Minister Edi Rama shared today in the social media some stunning photos from the glacial lakes in Gramoz, Kolonja, which attracts people passionate about mountaineering and nature.

Snowfall and rain are the main water supply of these lakes.

There is a variety of natural vegetation around. The monument has scientific, aesthetic and tourist values.

Rama: KESH teams clean lakes in Drini river cascade, tourist postcard of Albania

TIRANA, August 10/ATA/ Albanian Power Corporation (KESH) teams are working to clean the lakes in the Drini river cascade, which at the peak of the summer season have become the tourist postcards of Albania.

Prime Minister Edi Rama shared photos from this cleaning action in social media today and expressed his thanks for the teams that work together for a cleaner environment.

The staffs of the three hydropower plants under the administration of KESH are on duty even during August for the cleaning of Lake Koman, where the biggest problem is the flow of the visitors.

TIRANA, May 16/ATA/ The area by the Marina lake in Belsh, Elbasan, has become a tourist destination for visitors.

Prime Minister Edi Rama posted today images from the new tourist center near the Marina Lake in Belsh.

“Good morning and with this view of the new tourist center near Lake Marina in Belsh, part of the chain of new tourism centers of the Albanian Development Fund, I wish you a quiet Sunday,” Rama said.

Nowadays, the completely revived Belsh is an important tourist destination in the region of Elbasan.

It is an area with a natural landscape in all four seasons, but the most interesting is spring and autumn, where the vegetation is spotted with its bold colors.

The whole area counts about 84 lakes, among them there are small ones, but all of them are beautiful and have their own characteristics.

They have a surprising flora especially in spring. Some are numbered with names for their beauty, such as that of Seferani, Merhoja, Cestija, Dega, with a rich flora such as white lily, yellow lily, characteristic of the waters of these lakes that attract the attention of visitors./p.s./
