10 Albanian companies in tandem with the Turkish company Albayrak, with a total of about 3000 employees, are working on the construction sites of new apartment blocks.

Prime Minister Edi Rama has shared images from the works that are well underway for revitalization of Laç.

“GOOD MORNING, and with the Revitalization of Laç, where the operation for the town’s heart transplant is ongoing, thanks to a range of projects from a new apartment block with the support of Turkish government, reconstruction of existing apartment units, new schools, the new hospital to the new town hall, as well as the new underground infrastructure through the financing of Albanian government, I wish you all a good day,” says Rama.

727 new apartments are set to be completed in this town in addition to reconstruction of existing apartment blocks, the new water supply, 4 new schools, 2 new kindergartens, as well as the new hospital and new municipality town that will transform Laç so much that those living abroad will find their home town on holidays almost unrecognizable from the one they left.
