During the meetings, Kumbaro talked to the residents from whom, as she said, is drumming up support for the Socialist Party as the only alternative that can make Albania the country of their future.

“Këlcyra has seen a transformation beyond recognition in the light of Urban Renaissance program, such as 24-hour water supply thanks to investments in new water supply system. We have done a lot and we will do way more during the next term, therefore we have no time to lose on April 25 with those who had turned their back on Këlcyra and the region of Gjirokastra when in government,” said Kumbaro.
