Kumbaro said that the meeting aimed at increasing cooperation, both between Albania and Greece and among the municipalities.

“We had a productive meeting to expand positive cooperation, not only between Albania and Greece but also between municipalities that are very close, such as Ioannina, Gjirokastër, and Dropulli,” emphasized Kumbaro in a social media post.

“We also aim for new communication opportunities, shared tourist offerings for international visitors, and exchange of activities between our cities. Although the border divides us, we can advance projects that enhance and sustain the local economy through tourism,” stated Kumbaro. /j.p/sm/
