TIRANA, May 28 /ATA/ Deputy Minister of the Interior Romina Kuko gave today details of the meeting of Prime Minister Edi Rama in Milan, as part of the “Proud of Albania” tour.

In a television interview, Kuko said that the meeting in Milan with the Albanian nationals was very energetic.

She emphasized that the participation was above the capacity of the hall where the meeting was held.

Among other things, the deputy minister emphasized that, in the meeting, the prime minister gave the message of a clear political platform on how Albania views its Diaspora in Italy, but also what we are doing with the Italian state for their well-being.

As for the expenses for the tour, Kuko said that this part belongs to the Socialist Party, which has certain funds to cover these expenses.

“We have said that the meeting with the Diaspora comes within the framework of the re-energization of the structures, of the very agenda that we have connected with the Albanians. Meetings in Albania, in every region, are over and now we are meeting all Albanians outside the borders. When it comes to the part of expenses, it belongs to the Socialist Party, which has certain funds to cover these expenses”, said Kuko. /p.s./
