In response to the media after the next government meeting, Minister Balluku announced that the energy that will be given to Kosovo is estimated at 7680 megawatts and Kosovo will not pay money for that, but will return the amount of energy to Albania in summer when hydro resources start to deplete.

According to Balluku, the energy that will be exported to the Republic of Kosovo will be covered by the deposits accumulated amid increased precipitation.

Balluku added that Albania, like many other countries in the region, but also beyond, is coping with energy crunch.
