Culture Minister said that the building is a first category monument of culture located within the historical centre of the south-eastern Albanian city and it features traditional architectural values.

Margariti said that the project envisages complete renovation of the building and all its elements, the structure’s reinforcement and restoration of the architectonic elements.

The project would clear way to the museum’s redesigning,

The three-storey house building has a floor area of 140 m2 with an internal yard.
