Prime Minister Edi Rama posted on Sunday photos from this construction site, while emphasizing that this road blends in the best way possible the natural and historical assets of Kolonja.

“This is the construction site of the road Korçë-Ersekë, Lot 2, which significantly shortens the distance of Kolonja with Korça and blends in the best way possible the natural and historical assets of Kolonja with the tourist and development package of Korça region,” Rama emphasizes.

Completion of this work will shorten the travel distance from Korça to Kolonja.

The construction of the Korça-Erseka road axis will not only serve to improve the movement of vehicles. The project also entails the construction of sidewalks, bicycle lanes, lighting system and flowerbeds.
