“I have made this proposal before, I made it at the NATO summit and I explained why. Now, every hesitation and every delay, up to the argument of the last few hours, we don’t have, no we don’t have enough troops, can result tomorrow in a much bigger KFOR intervention in terms of troops, but also in difficulties,” said Rama.

“That’s why I’m here today and I’m glad that Kosovo is also asking for this, KFOR in the north. I have not heard Serbia object to it, there are even some voices from the Serbian side that have asked such a thing, but this is their business, because here it does not matter at all who asks for it, why they ask for it, how they ask for it. This is what the situation requires today, if it had been done before, what happened yesterday, the day before yesterday, and the day before would not have happened. All this would not have happened. A little late in my opinion, but it’s better a little late than too late”, Rama emphasized.
