In a request forwarded by legal representative, Ledio Nuraj, Berisha’s faction opposes the State Election Commissioner ruling and demands that the decision be overturned by cancelling registration of the Democratic Party with vice chairman Enkelejd Alibeaj, in his capacity as acting DP chairman, until the Electoral College makes a final ruling about the complaint filed by the Democratic Party of Albania represented by the chairman Sali Berisha.
