Manja said that, during this period, the Center has fulfilled some of the main objectives of the year.

Manja emphasized that this is thanks to the strengthening of cooperation with law enforcement agencies, civil society and international organizations, with the various programs for the prevention of crimes among young people and the reintegration into society of those who are in conflict with the criminal law.

During these months, the Center has maintained its cooperation with Caritas Albania for the Path of Opportunities.

At schools, there were carried out awareness areas of legal education. The center has had institutional cooperation with the German initiative for the prevention of juvenile delinquency, supported by the OSCE.

The center signed a cooperation agreement with the “Partizani” sports club for the involvement in sports activities of minors in conflict with the law.

The Center has also collaborated with the School of Magistracy in France, for the development of good practices in juvenile justice.

Also, there was signed the inter-institutional agreement for criminal justice for minors with the Municipality of Shkodra as well as the Prosecutor’s Office, the Court, the Probation Service, the institutions of social service, education and health.

Also, there was held the promotion of the book “The needs of minors in conflict with the law and the adaptation of the rehabilitation program”.

Meanwhile, there was also signed a tripartite agreement between the Albanian Rugby Federation, the General Directorate of Prisons and the Center to include the sport of rugby in the Kavaja institute.

Round tables have also been held for the protection of children online from any form of violence and abuse. /r.e/a.f/p.s./
