He noted that the project has advanced considerably and is scheduled to be fully operational within 2026.

Justice Minister said that “This is a major investment to offer a second chance to minors in conflict with the law.”

“The institute, with its seven multidisciplinary service units, will act as a reference and support center for the entire inter-institutional juvenile justice network, providing specialized programs tailored to each type of offense and every individual case of minors in conflict with the law,” the minister highlighted.

According to Lamallari, “social reintegration through investments in education, psychological support, and vocational training aims to give these young people another opportunity to build a safer future and to serve society and the country’s progress.”
