Vata/ – The Minister of Justice Etilda Gjonaj said Wednesday that strengthening rule of law in the Western Balkans through regional judiciary cooperation on civil and criminal in civil and criminal matters were the focus of a meeting hosted by the German Agency for International Cooperation (GIZ).

Deputy Justice Minister Klajd Karameta, together with justice ministry representatives of Bosnia and Herzegovina, North Macedonia, Kosovo, Montenegro and Serbia discussed issues of judicial and cross-border cooperation in civil and commercial matters, as well as effective management to prevent disputes.

Talks also focused on national priorities and strategies on civil and commercial matters, and identification of best ways to advance regional cooperation.
