In the Special College of Appeals, the case with the applicant International Monitoring Operation and the object: “Disciplinary proceedings against the judge of Special College of Appeals Luan Daci has been listed in the register of Disciplinary Jurisdiction.

On 01.06.2021, the lot was drawn for the appointment of the investigating judge and then for the appointment of the Disciplinary Commission and the chairman of the commission that will adjudicate on the case.

Ardian Hajdari was appointed by lot investigating judge of this case, while the Disciplinary Commission will consist of: chairwoman Natasha Mulaj, member Albana Shtylla and Ina Rama.
The Special Court against Corruption and Organized Crime sentenced the suspended SCA member, Luan Daci, to prison in March this year. The SCCOC has upheld the decision of the First Instance Court, which sentenced Daci to six months in prison. This sentence was converted into 12 month probation.
