The Committee on Legal Affairs, Public Administration and Human Rights, chaired by Ulsi Manja held on Wednesday a hearing session with Jonaid Myzyri, Chairman of the Public Procurement Commission, who reported on the activity of the institution he leads during 2020.

“During  2020, the Public Procurement Commission registered a total of 741 complaints on public procurement procedures, concessions/ PPP, public auction and mining permits performed by 220 contracting authorities, while the number of complaining economic operators reached 281,” Myziri said.

“The PPC-Public Procurement Commission has approved 329 complaints or 49.65% out of a total of 741 submitted during 2020,”Myzyri said, while adding that 321 complaints have been rejected and 13 of them have not been considered.//a.i/
