Prime Minister Edi Rama and Prime Minister of Kosovo, Albin Kurti, will also address the session with welcoming remarks.

Prior to the joint plenary session, high-ranking officials from both countries held a meeting at the Kosovo Assembly.

Prime Minister Edi Rama and Parliament Speaker Elisa Spiropali held a meeting with the Speaker of the Kosovo Assembly, Glauk Konjufca, President of Kosovo Vjosa Osmani, and Prime Minister of Kosovo Albin Kurti.

The joint session of the Parliaments of Albania and Kosovo is held to coordinate the national agenda.

The most recent meeting between the two parliaments took place on November 27, 2022, to commemorate the 110th anniversary of Albania’s Independence. /m.m/j.p/sm/
