President of the American Chamber of Commerce (AmCham), Enio Jaço, visited this office on Wednesday, from where he informed that the company expects to double the number of employees in Tirana next year.

“One of the most successful but quiet companies of the American Chamber, Dexi.io, with 250 employees and 4 offices in the US, Canada, UK and Denmark, has 90 employees in Tirana, which is already their fifth, largest office. What is even more impressive, Dexi expects to double the employees in their Tirana next year,” Jaço said in a post on social media.

According to him, in an environment when all IT companies are challenged by the mobility of the workforce, Dexi has created a healthy work culture and constant growth.

“The Dexi model, which is a combination of American technologies with Albanian workforce has been successful and should be explored by other tech firms,” he said.
