The news is announced by the Independent Qualification Commission, which notifies that the hearing session for the subject of re-evaluation, Gramoz Levanaj, scheduled to be held on Friday will not take place.

The Commission decided to adjourn the hearing, as on 27.1.2021, the subject of the re-evaluation, Gramoz Levanaj, has submitted a medical report.

Gramoz Levanaj, a judge at Tirana’s Court of Appeals, would be vetted on Friday based on three evaluation criteria, that of wealth legitimacy, ethical and professional criteria, but the IQC is compelled to adjourn the hearing due to medical report.

Gramoz Levanaj started his career in the justice system in 1995 and worked for a decade as a judge and chief judge in Kurbin’s first instance court. Since 2010, Levanaj exercises his function in Tirana’s Court of Appeals.
