TIRANA, Dec  27 /ATA/  – By  I. Vata/ The Independent Qualification Commission confirmed in office the judge at the Tirana Judicial District Court, Oltjona Goxha.

The Independent Qualification Commission announces that after reviewing the documentation and conducting the hearing on 23.12.2022, on the subject of re-evaluation, Oltjona Goxha, based on law no. 84/2016, decided to confirm in office  the subject of re-evaluation, Oltjona Goxha, judge at the First-Instance Court of  Tirana.

The decision, reasoned in writing, by the panel chaired by Olsi Komici, Xhensila Pine relator, Firdes Shuli member will be notified to the subject of the re-evaluation, the Public Commissioner and international observers within 30 days.

This decision can be appealed to the Special Appeals College by the subject of re-evaluation and/or the Public Commissioner 15 days from the date of notification of the Commission’s decision.

Oltjona Goxha graduated from the Magistrates’ School in 2016 and since then has been working as a judge at the Tirana Judicial District Court.

TIRANA, Oct  26  /ATA/ – By I.Vata/ The Independent Qualification Commission on Wednesday confirmed in office the judge of Korça’s First-Instance Court, Eglantina Mikani.

The Independent Qualification Commission announced that after reviewing the documentation and holding the hearing on October 25 for the subject of re-evaluation, Eglantina Mikani, decided to confirm her in office.

The decision, reasoned in writing, by the panel chaired by Roland Ilia, Pamela Qirko relator, Brunilda Bekteshi member will be notified to the subject of the re-evaluation, the Public Commissioner and international observers within 30 days.

Eglantina Mikani started her career in the justice system in 1996 and has been working for more than two decades as a judge of the Korça Judicial District Court.
