The Independent Qualification Commission announced that after reviewing the documentation and holding the hearing on the subject of re-evaluation Desart Avdulaj, judge at Durrës’ Court of Appeal, delivered the decision on his dismissal.

The decision reasoned in writing by the trial panel chaired by Roland Ilia, Xhensila Pine rapporteur, Brunilda Bekteshi member, will be notified to the subject of re-evaluation, public commissioners and international observers within 30 days.

Desart Avdulaj completed his studies at the School of Magistrates in 2004 and after a period of internship in the First Instance Court of Durrës, he was appointed a judge in the First-Instance Court of Gjirokastra. This decision can be appealed to the Special Appellate College by the subject of re-evaluation and / or the Public Commissioner 15 days from the date of notification. The complaint is filed with the Independent Qualification Commission.
