This is what the chairman of the Parliamentary Economy and Finance Committee, Eduard Shalsi, said at the International Conference of the Real Estate sector, which took place in Tirana. He emphasized that “the sector has marked noticeable progress and is growing rapidly.

Focusing on the importance of this sector, the former Minister of Entrepreneurship Shalsi emphasized that “Real State in Albania plays an important role in the country’s economy, in terms of state income, and improving the lives of citizens.”

A new vision for the investments of real estate investors and owners was revealed at the conference.
Rinaldo Pipiria, Executive Director of the Albanian National Association of Real Estate (NAREA) spoke in an optimistic note about the sector.

Pipiria spoke with concrete figures regarding the impact that the Real Estate sector has had on the economy.
He said that 1/3 of the total investments come from this sector.

“1/3 of the investments in the country come precisely from the real estate sector. This fair comes at a key moment in Albania. Two years after the legal regulation for this industry, it is time to shed light on this market. Today Real Estate plays an important role in tourism and investment growth”, said Pipiria.
He pointed out that Albania already has its own specialists in the Real Estate market.
