At a campaign event in the city of Burrel, Prime Minister Rama presented the investments made over the past 10 years in the Dibër region.
Focusing on road infrastructure, the Prime Minister noted that the Dibër and Kukës regions had been historically underinvested by the previous government, despite offering it strong electoral support.
Rama highlighted that Tropoja was one of the most underfunded municipalities, pointing out the poor state of its road infrastructure.
Meanwhile, the Prime Minister emphasized that the number of infrastructure projects in the Dibër region has reached 242, with a total value of 419 million euros.

Rama noted that Burrel, once neglected during the DP era, has transformed into a vibrant city, with urban regeneration projects bringing positive energy and an investment of 16 million euros in the region.
Rama also emphasized that there are 12 tourism and environmental projects in the Dibër region, valued at 11 million euros. “There was zero support for tourism and the environment in previous years,” he stated.
Concerning energy infrastructure, Rama pointed out that 36 projects have been implemented, with a total funding of 45 million euros, focused on enhancing electricity distribution and supply.
